Unlocking your own authenticity could be the answer to all your communication questions. I’m often surprised when people fully realize their authentic self is what resonates most powerfully with others. There’s no magic bullet. There is a fine-tuning and a continual crafting of how to deliver your authentic self.
If you’re funny, use humor as a way to deliver your message. If you’re not naturally funny, I don’t suggest you try jokes for the first time in front of an audience of 1000. I like to say I’m Roshini every day of the week and no matter to whom I’m speaking. What changes is my audience. That means my delivery should adjust to what that particular audience needs.
