Dear Blog,

I have been a very bad blogger. I neglected you these past few months and even forgot my password a couple times in order to get to you. Hope you can forgive me. Promise you it wasn’t intentional, but I and the RPG Team have been quite busy with several terrific projects.

Take a look at our new home page. It just got a face lift. Over the course of the next few weeks, so will the rest of the site.

Communicate WOW! this Thanksgiving

For the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, you’ll likely see many friends and family—some you have’t seen in a long time. Why not WOW! them with terrific conversation and powerful repartee.

Use the IAP Formula as your guide. What’s your Intent for a particular conversation or toast? Be specific. Who’s your audience? Do some Audience Analysis in order to decide what your audience can handle. Your Powerful Performance comes through as you use words, body language, and facial expressions that any particular audience will appreciate and understand.
